How can I join Explorer Society?
Joining Explorer Society is simple! Just click this link, scroll to the bottom of the page, and choose a plan (we offer both annual and monthly options). Then, enter your details to create your account, and you’ll be all set to start your adventure!
I am a member of Explorer Society. How do I join the members-only Facebook group?
We’ve put together a guide for Explorer Society members that explains how to access all the benefits that come with your membership. You can check it out here. You can also click here to join our private Facebook group—just request access and provide a few details so we can confirm your membership.
I love Explorer Society, can I purchase a membership as a gift for someone else?
Absolutely! Gifting a membership to Explorer Society is easy. Simply go to the 'Join' page on the website here and select the plan you'd like to gift. At the bottom on the address information when registering click the box that says "Is this a gift?" and complete your purchase. Once you have purchased the gift, visit your account page and navigate to "Gifts" on the left hand side of the menu. From there you will enter information for From Name, To Name, To (Email), and you can add a personalized note. When you are finished, click "Send" and your gift has been delivered! I am a member of Explorer Society. How can I view and/or make changes to my account?
First off, congratulations, and thank you for being a member! You can change your personal information, update billing information, and make other changes to your account by logging in and then selecting Account from the navigation menu. If you need help or have any questions, please contact our Member Support team at membersupport@mireyamayor.com.
I am a member of Explorer Society and would like to cancel my account. What do I do?
We’re very sorry to see you go and hope you’ll be back soon! There are a couple of different ways you can cancel your account. The easiest and fastest option is to use your My Account portal after logging in and canceling your subscription right from there. A Second option is to email our Member Support team at membersupport@mireyamayor.com – they will be able to help.
