What Is Explorer Society Expeditions?

Explorer Society Expeditions are immersive, small-group field experiences designed for members who want to go beyond watching investigations — and actually take part in them.

This is not a tour, retreat, or fan event. It’s a hands-on expedition into the field, guided by experienced researchers and explorers, where participants hike, observe, investigate, and engage directly in the search for answers.

This isn’t a tour. It’s a field expedition.

You’re not just observing — you’re participating. Explorer Society Expeditions are designed to put you in the field with experienced leaders, where you’ll hike, explore, and actively take part in the investigation.

  • Small-group experience with only 20 participants
  • Hiking and walking as part of the expedition
  • Camping in the woods (not a comfortable campground)
  • Meals and water provided (bring any other drinks you want)
  • No alcohol permitted
  • Bring your own camping gear (a full checklist will be provided)

Scott & Sheila bring nearly a decade of experience in Bigfoot research and are in their fourth season guiding expeditions in the North Georgia mountains.
